Rebel

This painting captures, in essence and in experience, the push and pull that is reclaiming identity through a feminist lens. It speaks to the duality we experience as fragmented identities in search of alignment in a society where cultural values and expectations define who we should be. There is always a part of us that is fearful and unwilling to break the rules set for us.
